Yoga first touched my heart deeply and changed my life over 10 years ago. Since then I've had the pleasure of sharing my passion from teaching at various schools, corporate events, studios and festivals across Bali Indonesia, Koh Samui Thailand and now Singapore. I completed both my foundational 200hr & advanced 500hr Teacher Training certifications in 2010 and continue to seek opportunities to learn new techniques and deepen my practice. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Partner & Acro Yoga. I incorporate traditional methodology & functional anatomy in alignment, breath work and meditation to help each student achieve their own unique yoga practice.
